Change incoming fax from Tiff to PDF?

Right now emails are sent to my staff with a TIFF attachment of the fax. I'd like it to be PDF instead of TIFF. Is there a way to change this somewhere?

Hi Christopher, this is currently a known issue with Fax. Please submit a ticket with Tech Support to tag your account as one of the affected.
