Do we still not have sms analytics? If not whats the hold up

It's still under development. For now, you can access the message stores (both standard and high volume SMS) via APIs and do your own analytics.

Unfortunately, I don't have the ETA timeline to share now.
What type of SMS, standard or high volume SMS analytics are you looking for right now? Also, what metrics are you interested at?

mainly sent and recieved by telephone number

And is that for high volume SMS or does your company have/use a high volume SMS at all?

We have become higher volume this month. This is more convenient for our people to send and receive using our business lines rather than personal phones. The desktop version is awesome for my sales people
more convenient than a cell phone most of the time. Just wanted to try and get some analytics and data to share with our industry Piers. I really hope we analytics reporting soon

For high volume SMS, you can login the High Volume SMS app with a user who owns the high volume SMS number, or with an admin user. Then select the Analytics menu option. Set the date and time range and read the data.
