How to add/remove contacts from the hotkeys on the Yealink EXP40?

Our receptionist has an expansion module EXP40 on her phone. One of the user extension on the hotkey does not connect. Might not have been added correctly. I want to know how we can add/remove contacts from the expansion module? Is this done on the phone that it's attached to, or from the admin Office@hand admin portal?

It should be in the admin portal's presence or HUD.
