Calls are being restricted until I update the Emergency response location but it will not update. All address info is correct. Unable to get support by phone or chat. My business at stand still. Totally unacceptable!

I have the same issue and managed to find a solution to help some of my users.

First make sure they update their RC system to the most recent version.

Then after it is updated, I can do under their User profile in the Admin Portal and then manually type in a new address for their emergency address.

This seems to be working for me. Let me know if that makes since
