Is the Development Sandbox down right now?

I am trying to continue something I was working on yesterday and I keep getting the same response from my APP as well as when I send different test through postman that it is connection refused error...

Just trying to wrap up some things here and have a handful of tests to run before we can go to prod!

I should be more clear, I am having issues with login.devtest.ringcentral to be exact

If it is down, any timeline on a fix?

Yes, it was down yesterday and I see it got fixed last night. It is working now.
