I agree 100% . Ringcentral @Becky-Community_Manager , your competitors are doing this and I was like... I can't offer that with RingCentral. This is a must and can be a deal changer.

@ronda-tappan I totally understand - know that the team has this on the roadmap and is working on it.

Ok - People have been asking for this since 2016?? Come on! What is the delay? Makes me thing you don't even read these comments, requests, and idea submissions.

Tiffany, we read all the posts and encourage customers to submit their use cases and the pain points associated with the absence of the feature to the Ideas Portal.
These ideas make their way to the product team and they evaluate and prioritize.
