Exploring RC SDKs to get attachment content of messages in binary format from message store.

Any example in PHP available anywhere I can refer?

Have you checked the example here: (https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-php/blob/master/demo/callRecording.php an example you can refer how to read the call log and download the call recording binary file to a local folders.
