Can Ring Central Messages be pre-scheduled?

I am not referring to SMS messages but rather pre-schedule internal Ring Central messages to be posted in our company-wide chat. For example, we give shout-outs to our team members for work anniversaries etc. Or perhaps is there an Add On avail that links to RC? Thanks

I haven't heard about such a feature so I am sure that it is not available. But I think you can implement an Add-in notification app using the RingCentral Add-in framework to do the job.
