sandbox sms enabling

I have created a sandbox app for testing the SMS API, but I get the error that there are no SMS enabled numbers. I see multiple other similar requests and thus it appears posting here is how the issue gets resolved.

Can you add SMS to 19294153307 please?

I enabled it locally. Can you check if it works now? If it does not work, I will send a request to the provisioning team.
