Why is my Caller ID not Popping-Up?

My incoming called ID information in the RingCentral Windows desktop app no longer pops-up starting about a month ago.

I did not modify any settings that could have caused this issue.

Disabling my Anti-Virus, Firewall, etc. did not resolve the problem.

Missed calls do display in the Windows 10 notification area.

The following settings are enabled:

  • Display incoming call in the standalone windows
  • Display missed events in the taskbar
  • Display incoming call in Notification enter

All assistance is appreciated!

What do you mean by "incoming caller ID".
Below is a picture of me receiving a call from Welcome 01(also me from a different computer).

Do you mean you don't see one of the numbers which I covered up or do you mean the whole dial pad? or do you mean sth else?

Try clicking on your profile pic and then "Check for updates" just in case.

I 'checked for updates' and I was up-to-date already.

The pop-up Window does not appear at all. In other words, my Windows 10 desktop is exactly the same as before the incoming call.

I am really missing this feature!

Thank you for your assistance.
