No, Im trying to retrieve the Work Force Management info so I need to ingest the info under scheduler manager and real time adherence through an api.

I don't know what is related to RingCentral then. Could it be that it is Nice CX? If so, I suggest you to ask from the service provider or their forum.

So the API documentation I have always used resides on developer.niceincontact.com
Already asked on their forum. I thought this was all integrated with RingCentral, Contact Center.

No, RingCentral platform does not expose nor it handles Nice in Contact API.
