Fax cover sheet - phone & fax fields not populating

I noticed that in our custom fax cover sheet, despite matching the code on the RingCentral fax cover sheets, the phone & fax numbers do not populate. I tested it on the RingCentral provided fax cover sheets also, and it is the same - phone & fax number do not populate. Can this be fixed? What is the correct code?

I recommend you to submit a support ticket and attach a screenshot to show your custom cover sheet and highlight the missing data.
