Error when trying to use 1 -1 dialing. What can I do?

I keep on getting an error when I try to use my 1 -1 dialing. I was told that It could be something with my API. What can I do?

Could you please provide a bit more information about what you're trying to achieve, how you're approaching the solution, and what errors you're receiving?

If you're already using the API, could you provide the request headers and body you're using please?
