What type of extensions are supported when subscribing call notifications?

We have started getting 'Not allowed subscribe for presence to extensions of Department type' errors when subscribing for 'Department' extensions, although it worked fine until last Friday (30th April).

Has there been any changes in RC API?

Regards

Darius

Darius,

you can subscribe only to user-type extensions. I think it didn't work before: even if you could subscribe to non-user extensions, you didn't get any notifications for them.

We have just improved error handling to block such cases on subscription stage.
