That's good news Benjamin. I wasn't able to find that anywhere when I did a search on the RingCentral website as well as with Google. I'm also a RingCentral Partner and have neither seen nor heard anything about it. Was this just recently accomplished?

Is it possible for items like this to be added to the Partner's newsletter?

You are absolutely correct Jan! You can use the RingCentral Connect API and the Cloze API, but that work may not be needed. Why...?

By reading the " Detailed Description" section. located below the screenshots and towards the bottom of the page, you can determine the features and functionality which our Partner at Cloze has taken time to develop for our mutual customers.

Make sure that you read the right-side panel which contains important information such as:

• Who published (developed) the integration: http://www.cloze.com/
• Who supports the integration (whom to contact if you need help): http://help.cloze.com/knowledge_base/categories/ringcentral
• Requirements for using this integration (which browsers are support, account types required, etc...)

I have looked for any and all articles regarding what you are asking and I don't find anything which indicates that RingCentral works directly with Cloze CRM.

Having said that, it appears that Cloze CRM has an API (Application Program Interface), as does RingCentral, which allows it to interact with other applications.  However, that does take some programming knowledge and it's not something which can just be "set up".
