I'd like to be able to use ACT to dial my phone numbers or at least be able to import my contact into the ringcentral system.  I also use Outlook.

Can you provide more information on what type of integration are you interested in with ACT Pro?

If there is a way to accomplish what you are interested in, we can let you know what to pursue.

While there isn't a formal ACT Pro integration on our App Gallery there may be ways to accomplish what you need. For example, there is a cookbook recipe to for ACT to send custom faxes below:

There are no listings for an ACT Pro DB integration in the RingCentral App Gallery:  https://developers.ringcentral.com/app-gallery.html/query?compatibility=ringcentral&q=act

But that doesn't mean that you:

1. Cannot contact ACT Pro and ask them to build an integration (since the RingCentral Platform is open and free developer accounts are available).
2. Build one for your own needs as a Private application.
3. Build one to be published in the RingCentral App Gallery for all RingCentral customers who use ACT Pro.
