Unable to login to ring central windows app.

i have installed ring central windows app. But i am unable to login to windows app. I want to know is there any settings in admin panel for login?

Did you login with your production or sandbox credentials?

If you login with sandbox credentials, change the app to sandbox mode by pressing Ctrl + F2

If you login with production credentials but failed. Please double check if your username and password is correct or you can login at https://services.ringcentral.com to see your account settings.
