I keep getting an error code 1001.

I can start my own meeting. But cannot join in most meetings (except for those with numbers starting with 14....) . Tried reboot, reinstalling. ...did not help. Using MAc Air OSX Yosemite 10.10.5

Hey Everyone,

I would suggest making sure that your computer's firewall or anti-virus program isn't blocking RC Meetings. Also, verify that your Network has the correct IPs whitelisted and ports that are discussed in this KB article
