I just started a new job and my company uses glip to message throughout the day. I receive the messages on my desktop but for some reason cannot seem to receive them on my phone. PLEASE help! So frustrating and cannot speak with someone at Ring Central.

I've submitted my issue twice already and received no help.

Here are the basics just in case: You need the app on your phone and then set to allow notifications. I receive all messages on desktop and phone. 
Hmmm...I don't see any cases connected to your account 😞 I've provided your contact info to our RC app team, they should be reaching out to you today or Monday about this issue
