Can't receive calls from Belgium Team

I'm not receiving calls from our Belgium team whereas two other colleagues do, we both have the same setup, when I ring the Belgium number from my mobile the other two colleagues phones ring but not mines, any reasons why this happens?

Hey Mark Kirton, I would also verify with the admin on your account that you have International dialing permissions for your extension :)

Make sure your phone is not set to DND (Do Not Disturb).
