We got a new computer, I don't know what the IT guy loaded but it looks totally different and we can not use this version at all. How do we compose a fax, scan the fax and send the fax? We are totally lost, we want the old version back.

They probably installed the new RingCentral app. Check the phone tab and you will see where you can send receive faxes-

The old app is still available and you can run both of them together too.
