We are a US based corporate housing company. A phone app to quickly access the Ring Central Portal and make changes and turn on advanced rules for call forwarding on the go would be super helpful.

USA-based acct | 2287 Users | 3800 DID lines | 28 sites | all Polycom VVX500 phone handsets

RingCentral Phone app already does allow you to do this now.

Users > Select User

User Info
Screening Greeting Hold
Call handling and Forwarding

Third option down is Call Handling & Forwarding
