Is it possible to recover "private" conversation with deleted member ?

I deleted a person recently and I would like to recover some information that was included in private chat. I know that it is possible to see all message from that person in regular Team thread but I did not find a way to recover private conversations.

Hey Claude,
If you're an Admin on the account you can get a
compliance export which may have that information
