Can you confirm if you are referring to the RingCentral Phone (softphone) app or the RingCentral (Glip) app?

You can also view them via your Online Portal. Do keep in mind our Message Storage and Account Data Retention policy.

My screen does not look like the one pictured above. Completely different icons
