Want to send sms outside my organisation number

I want to use rc create sms Api to send sms to external people like customer and client.

So far the Api is able to send sms to the number with the organisation.

Can I send to any external number in local or any personal number of individual?

You can send messages to your customers external to your organisation using API or even to any individual personal number
