Is this even possible?
The default soft keys are assigned to redial, dir, intercom and dnd.
I would like to change intercom to "missed calls," which would save me the trouble of punching list/call history/missed calls/select.
Can it be done?

We do not support config files for Cisco phones only Polycoms so there is not a way to change the configuration of the soft keys for Cisco phones.
The only way it would work is if you turn off provisioning to our servers. You would also have to write the config file yourself or change it through the web interface of the device.
