  1. Account type (U.S RC Office)
  2. A brief description of the business : InLife Claims Helping individuals and businesses recover unclaimed money is our primary goal!
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Glip SMS on Android as its not available for sending SMS that is not included on our contact. And no option on the Play Store to update the App
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature
  5. Benefit of such feature: Easiest way to check it regardless if outside the company especially checking important messages outside office hours
