Hello Wey! There's no option for that. But you can save those greetings under Message Only Extensions. Once you need it, you may download the greeting and upload it on Company Greetings.

Can this messages be saved so that we can quickly switch from one message (eg holidays, Christmas, weekend etc) quickly? Rather than repeatedly recording the messages everytime?

Hi, we have a guide on how to set the company greeting via the Auto-Receptionist.

If you update this and your company greeting does not change for callers, look at the Auto-Receptionist settings and it could be that you are having inbound calls sent to a different extension. While looking at Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > IVR Settings, please inspect the "Company Hours Greeting" setting as well as any custom rules that could be set up. These settings will be able to tell you which extension people are reaching when they call your number. We have a guide on adding custom greetings to a user extension if you find the correct extension.

Another way to audit a call and see where it is going is to inspect the call log for calls. Use the information in our call log overview to see how to use this feature.
