Scheduling Meeting Time (with clock icon) in RingCentral for Outlook

In RingCentral for Outook, when I am scheduling a meeting, I can click on the calendar icon and it works as shown below. If I click on the clock icon it does ... nothing.

I can manually enter the time but I am wondering if that clock icon that I highlighted in yellow is/or should be functional.

That clock is not clickable.
