Not able to click the mouse using Remote Control

Had a RingCentral meeting with a client where we were successfully able to remote control the user's computer, but nothing responded to mouse clicks. We could move the mouse, but clicks would not do anything. It was a Windows 10 computer.

Hi Chad!

I would suggest to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
You can get the latest app from here

Choose the RingCentral Meetings version 19.4.23042
