When I Request Control of Desktop using the Remote Support feature our users are being asked to enter in admin credentials. This entirely defeats the purpose of this tool for us. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, no.  Usually IT departments do not give their end-users local administrative privileges on company issued computers.  This is to protect themselves from installing applications that are not vetted.  Your meeting attendees should request their IT department to install the RingCentral Meeting client or give their end-users admin privileges on their company computers.
