Enable people to join meetings with their audio and video automatically enabled?

We are using more and more meetings for things like telehealth due to COVID-19. One of the biggest pain points is getting older users to enable their audio and video on their phone app.. Is there a setting somewhere to have it enabled right when they join?

They do it in the settings on their side, in a meeting, go to the little arrow by start video, and tap the options or settings button under the list of cameras. From there go to Audio, click automatically join using audio, and on video, click start meeting with video on
