meeting status does not change

I have 2 users that when they initiate a RingCentral meeting from a link within their calendar their status does not change to busy. If they join a meeting they will show as busy or initiate/host and put in their participant id they will show as busy. All my other users can host and their status changes regardless. Any suggestions?

I would suggest creating a case for us to check the settings for you.
