Error code while launching ringcentral meeting 100000502

We have a meeting in the next few minutes and this is a showstopper. Please escalate and help at top priority.

Seems to be working now for us as well.

Also, it looks like you can access or start meetings through the RingCentral app instead of Meetings app and that was working for us earlier as well.

Our company had the same problems. Seems they've restored service a minute or two ago though.

i have a class with 125 students O_O ! hahah and everyone is calling me to ask what's going on. First time having this bug, it'S ok i already postpone everyone =) let's hope it get fix.

On top of the aforementioned error code you might also see:

Web error 502 bad gateway when clicking join URL
Joining from RC app on mobile just spins and never starts meeting
Joining by dial-in gives error code 105

Hi Everyone!

Sorry for having this issue. There is currently an outage regarding this. Please contact our Technical Support or create a web case for documentation that your service is also affected. This will also let you be notified once outage is clear.

Same issue for us. Meetings is not working for any of our employees.
