Hi! I cannot add image for my virtual background for meetings

When joining a meeting, I cannot add image for my virtual background. When I click on add image, it will direct to select picture from my saved pictures on my computer but when I open a folder where my pictures are saved, it's empty hence cannot select a picture. I used to add pictured from my previous laptop (asus) and now I'm using a Dell laptop.
