How do I create a new or edit and existing fax cover page?

I downloaded the desktop app (Version: 20.2.31.176 Web, 20.2.30.1656 Windows) but I don't see where I can create a new fax cover page or edit an existing fax cover page.

This is only available on the other app called RingCentral Phone. You may check the link below

This feature is not available in the new RingCentral App.
