Android Bluetooth Devices - Not able to hit button to hang up

I have some android users that are using the newest version of the app, and a current version of android. While on a Ring Central call they are unable to hand up by hitting the tactile feedback button on their bluetooth headset. On the other hand if they are on a normal non-ring central call on their phone, the bluetooth can hang up. I would assume this is because on android the app is not integrated, but given you can control music playback via third party apps, I would think Ring central should be able to utilize that same technology to allow a user to hang up a call..
