What is easiest way to find an available extension number?

We have 25 offices. The extensions we assign coincide with the office the user is in. For instance Chicago office users extensions start with 20XX. When we have a new user I have to go into RC Phone and start typing in extensions until I find one not in use. There has to be an easier way!

Anyone have a better way to do this?

Thanks

Hello,

you can turn on "site" with "site codes" features. Thus, each office will receive its own site code (for example, 20). And when you will add a new user using the Service Web app it will suggest unused extension number for specified site.
