office365 extension not trigginering on shadow dom

Hello,

We have a number of pages in our app that are loaded into shadow doms. On those pages, the "RingCentral for office365" doesn't trigger on phone numbers. On the rest of our application, it functions as expected. Is there a workaround for that or will we need to develop a new extension to be able to get the same functionality on our shodow roots?

Thanks for reaching out, RingCentral for Office 365 doesn't support shadow Dom today, need engineer team to investigate the feasibility, and also can you please provide more details to help us understand your request and assure it gets more consideration?
