Can't access Production Account.

Hi Team,

We are App developers from OAppS. We created the extension RingCentral for Zoho Desk integration and we got the production account. Now, We can't access the production URL. It is perfectly working in the Sandbox environment. Login credentials are almost the same as the sandbox developer account. When we tried to use the production URL I got the following issue.
