calls being sent to voicemail without 'do not disturb' being enabled

All of a sudden, incoming calls are going straight to voicemail without DND being enabled. The calls go to voicemail for a few seconds and then the line starts ringing even if the incoming call has hung up.... HELP! the boss is out of town.... lol

Facing almost the same issue. DND is not enabled still sometime call goes directly into voicemail

Check the User hours. If the user hour is custom and out of hours, this happens. Check the settings once
