i cannot cancel subscription id "7bcc42e3-9efa-491c-a0d9-fa9eca88eda5" because i remove sandbox application with active subscription

Did you mean that you’re trying to cancel your monthly subscription and you can’t find where to do it on this godforsaken ring central?

Did you mean you deleted the application while a subscription was active? If that was the case, of course your app cannot be authenticated with the clientID and secret as they are invalid. The subscription will expire anyway.
