Headset not working with Windows 10 App

I have a user that is having issues with her headset and the widows 10 app. The headset works with everything but RingCentral App. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The headset works with Teams and Windows media player. The driver is up to date. I am at a lost on what else to try.

She is using a wired headset. Like I said everything is working but the RC App.

Does she have another headset to try?

Tried it with a bluetooth plantronics headset and same results. However, I was able to hear the "beeps" when you dial a number. But nothing at that. I double checked all sound setting on RC app and on the PC.

Was it an voice doubling delay issue callers are hearing?

I looked there and still no luck. It is frustrating because it works every where else.
