We are testing sms API and getting following error

 "errorCode": "CMN-419",           "message": "In order to call this API endpoint for another extension, user needs to have [OutboundSMS] permission granted with extended scope",            "permissionsName": "OutboundSMS"

This may be because you are trying to send SMS from of another extension. The message is clear.
