Hello,

For Call & Handling > Custom Rules > , under condition, I can't grasp the difference and how to use Caller ID and Called Number. When I selected Caller ID, I typed in a name of an employee who have an extension, nothing pop up. When I click add, it have a string of 5 digits. If this identify the person, how does it know that person without their last name?

Hello @Philip Vo, Caller ID rules apply to calls coming from specific phone numbers. What you can enter there is a phone number that is using Caller ID. Names cannot be entered on it.
