Hey , Greetings of the day

having the delivery issue for some of the extensions .

Message Status is 'SendingFailed' for all the message .
Checked the Extension Info API Also .

[0] => stdClass Object
                (
                    [featureName] => SMS
                    [enabled] => 1
                )

            [1] => stdClass Object
                (
                    [featureName] => SMSReceiving
                    [enabled] => 1
                )

As you can see the SMS Feature is on
But still the SMS' are not being delivered .

We are facing the issue for two users and for rest users it is working fine .

You gave lots of conflict information.

Your question title "Delivery Failure". Then you wrote "Message Status is 'SendingFailed' for all the message ." Then you ended your statement "We are facing the issue for two users and for rest users it is working fine ."

So I can just give you the overall answer.

SendingFailed and DeliveredFailed is out of our control. It means that the message was sent out but cannot reach the recipient for many reasons. A typical reason for SendingFailed is a recipient's carrier does not support SMS. E.g. sending to a landline number etc.). Or a recipient's carrier rejects the message because of its content (spam, violating P2P SMS etc.) or the recipient is not reachable etc.
