Call Queue -- Ability for a caller to send themselves to queue voicemail

Once a caller enters the call queue, they have to reach Maximum hold time for an available member.. Would love the ability to allow a user to press X to leave a voicemail while actively holding in the call queue.
"Thank you for calling, all of agents are busy. Please stay on the line or press X to leave a voicemail"

This can be done without issue. Simply create a message-only extension (let's call it extension 5), assigning the recipient to someone in the queue (or utilizing VM to email).


In your queue's interrupt prompt, simply announce the message only extension # (5), and callers will get routed to that mailbox. "Thank you for calling, all of agents are busy. Please stay on the line or press 5 to leave a voicemail"
