Making contact global access for all users

If a user add a contact number here in Ringcentral only that user can view the contact info. Is there any way that to make the saved contact info a global access to all other users across the company or any way to add that into company contact list?

There is already similar idea in idea portal here. You can vote the idea if you want to be implemented in future.
