Receiving voicemail on multiple extensions,Feature request: Setting multiple extensions to receive voicemails

Is there a workaround (aside from sending to email/s) to have all extensions receiving the voicemails simultaneously? We would like everyone to have access to the voicemails on their desktop phone/app. in case the one we can currently assign is busy/not working etc etc.
