Why is CallControl permission not passing graduation requirement?

I successfully tested the below endpoint using subscription, also CallControl permission passed for XYZ app.

Also for XYZ clone app, I successfully tested the above endpoint using subscription, but now for this XYZ clone app, CallPermission is not passing.


Please guide on this.

Please check with the developer support team by submitting a help support ticket and send them the client ids of both applications to look into.
